In the golden month of September, to promote communication and integration among new and veteran employees, enhance team collaboration and cohesion, and strengthen team spirit for the upcoming Battle Month, all employees of China Construction Materials Group traveled to Jimo Ancient City for a day-long development activity on September 20th. Themed "Integration and Empowerment, Concerted Breakthrough," the event involved a series of challenging and engaging activities, allowing employees to deepen their understanding through interaction and build strength through collaboration.

The Journey to the West team was a highly successful project management team. With a clear division of labor, clear organizational goals, and the potential for unexpected challenges and success, the team persevered and worked together to create a brilliant future.

"Team's New Journey" is based on the story of Journey to the West and focuses on the challenges faced by the team on their journey. It integrates the company's "Eight-Section Brocade" culture and is delivered through both online and offline experiences. This initiative transitions from small-team interaction to large-team integration, and, combined with the goal of promoting corporate culture, provides an immersive experience for the team, energizing them and enhancing their cohesion.

All teams must race to complete all 12 main and side quests in the shortest possible time. The team with the fastest time will rank higher and receive more cash rewards.

Each team will randomly receive a magical weapon after completing a main mission. You can use it to trick other teams or create advantages for your own team. The game is diverse and has a wealth of skills, which will test your team's coordination ability!

"Energy Battle" is a trading game project that maximizes the "Energy Coins" of your own team through exchange and trading between teams. It includes competition and PK, and players can hone and grow through competition.

Team Spirit: Building Team Culture

After going through hardships, upgrading and fighting monsters, they finally got the team's true scriptures. Role-playing, wisdom and courage to break through levels, every moment is full of surprises. The Journey to the West team, after going through nine hardships, finally overcame difficulties and obstacles, obtained the Westward Journey True Scripture, lit up the true scripture scroll, and started the team's vision together.

The afternoon activities focused on developing team members' thinking and collaboration skills. By solving various intellectual challenges, they promoted communication and cooperation among team members, thereby enhancing the overall team's intelligence. Based on physical exercise, the activities emphasized teamwork and rapport during the exercise. While exercising, the participants also gained a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork in achieving goals.

We are committed to inspiring team members' intrinsic motivation and enhancing team cohesion and a sense of belonging. Through a series of exciting and challenging activities, we can unite team members' thoughts and efforts, boost overall team morale, and undoubtedly add icing on the cake to the tense atmosphere of the battle month.

During each outreach activity, participants need to work closely with their team members to complete tasks together. Through continuous communication, coordination, and collaboration, everyone can gradually learn how to leverage their strengths and compensate for the team's shortcomings, thereby improving the overall team's collaborative capabilities. Post-project debriefing and sharing—reflections on actions, experiences, gains, and insights!

The outreach allowed us to break the ice, from meeting, to acquaintance, to understanding, in just one day, and also brought us many unexpected gains. Our team includes innovative thinkers, pragmatic and reliable executors, and sensitive and attentive cohesive individuals. Through the exchange of inspiration, mutual encouragement, and reflection, we discovered the shining points of each member and forged a valuable cohesive force.
